Guarantee Duration:
The guarantee period for our micro-plated jewellery ranges from 6 months to 1 year. This guarantee becomes effective from the moment you receive your product and commence its usage. You can easily identify the guarantee period on the top left corner of the image under the "Micro Gold Plated" category.
Responsible Usage:
To ensure the validity of the guarantee, we kindly request that you handle your jewellery with care. Avoid wearing it while engaging in activities such as sleeping, exercising, cooking, bathing, and washing hands. Our advanced technology allows us to monitor product usage, and we reserve the right to take action against customers who make false claims or misuse the guarantee. Such actions may result in customer accounts being blocked, and the information will be shared with our network of sellers.
Guarantee Coverage:
Our guarantee covers the following aspects of your jewellery:
- The integrity of the jewellery’s plating.
- Precise stone setting.
Exclusions from Guarantee:
The following instances are not covered under our guarantee:
- Breakage or damage resulting from mishandling.
- Damage arising from exposure to water or liquids.
Making a Guarantee Claim:
If you encounter any issues covered by the guarantee, please follow these steps to make a claim:
- Contact us at support@sasitrends.com and provide your order details along with a description of the fault or damage. Including clear photographs of the issue will expedite the claims process.
6 Months/1 Year Guarantee:
If your jewellery falls within the 6 months/1 year guarantee period, as indicated on your invoice or purchase bill, the following steps apply:
- Should you experience gold plating or color issues during this period, you're required to return the product to us.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our shop address. Please note that one-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Upon receiving the faulty product, we will proceed to re-plate it with pure 24 ct Gold (micro) and return it to you within 15 working days.
Lifetime Service after Guarantee:
Even if your guarantee period has expired, rest assured that we provide a lifetime service after sales, available with nominal charges based on the required work. Our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction remains unwavering.
To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, it's important to care for it properly after use. We recommend wearing your jewellery last and removing it first. A quick wipe after each use will contribute to a longer life and sustained brilliance.
Jewellery should be handled with care, and our products are protected by a 6 to 1-year guarantee starting from the purchase date, provided they are used appropriately and for their intended purpose.
