Cash on Delivery (COD) via WhatsApp – Our Process & Policies
At Sasitrends, COD is a trusted solution for customers with limited online payment options or for those building trust with us. Due to security reasons, COD orders are only accepted via WhatsApp.
How it works:
- Message us your product selection on WhatsApp (+91 63826 14955).
- We confirm the total. COD orders must be between ₹600 and ₹2000.
- A ₹250 delivery fee applies, due to cash handling.
- We conduct a verification call before dispatch to confirm your interest.
- Once verified, your order is shipped.
Important Policies:
- No discounts apply for COD orders.
- Once dispatched, COD orders cannot be canceled.
- If you do not collect your order at delivery, your name, number, and address may be flagged to prevent future COD orders.
