🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns/exchanges only for items that are damaged or incorrect, and only if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
🔁 Return/Exchange Process

Initiate Within 24 Hours:
Email us at support@sasitrends.com and WhatsApp us at +91 6382 614 955 with your issue and order ID. -
Case Review:
A ticket will be generated. Our support team will assess your request and respond with a resolution plan. -
Pickup Arrangement:
Once approved, our delivery partner will collect the item from your location. -
Packaging Requirements:
Pack the item in original packaging with bubble wrap to avoid transit damage. -
Inspection & Replacement:
Once we receive and verify the item (unused and unaltered with all tags/accessories), we will dispatch a replacement.
🔄 Bangle Size Exchange Policy
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky—especially with bangles. That’s why we offer a one-time size exchange for bangles of the same design and color only, based on availability.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:

The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags intact.

Exchange is applicable only for size, not for color or design variations.

Availability of the required size will be confirmed before proceeding.

We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

You must courier the product back to us in secure packaging (original box + bubble wrap) to avoid damage during transit.

Upon receiving the product:

We will inspect it for tag integrity and signs of use.

If approved, you will receive payment instructions for the ₹120 exchange processing fee (includes inspection, stocking, repacking, and reshipping).

Only after the ₹120 fee is received, your replacement item will be dispatched.

⚠️ Important Notes:

Size exchanges are offered as a special courtesy to assist customers who are unable to wear their bangles due to sizing issues.

We kindly request that this facility not be misused, as we have encountered cases where size exchanges were requested after products had been worn or used.

Any bangle with tags removed, signs of wear, or without original packaging will be deemed ineligible for exchange.
We appreciate your honesty and cooperation in helping us maintain fair exchange practices.
⚠️ Note: If tags are removed, the product is considered used and no replacement will be issued.

Lack of unboxing video proof, if requested
👉 Always record a 360-degree unboxing video upon delivery to ensure eligibility in case of issues.
🛑 Order Cancellation Policy

Within 30 Minutes of Order Placement:

Full refund, minus a 2% transaction fee

Refunds processed within 6 business days

After 30 Minutes or Shipment:

Cancellations will not be accepted once the order is shipped.
