We have a customer friendly return policy and accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery for any reason. However, for the missing product, you have to report us within 24 hours.


To Return a product you need to follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Initiate a Return by sending an mail to support@sasitrends.com
  • Step 2: Once we receive your request, a case ticket shall be generated and our executive shall review your case and shall provide you an amicable solution
  • Step 3: You shall then be provided with a Return shipping address to return the items back to us. Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn't get damaged during the return transit. Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and sends us an email to support@sasitrends.comwith the courier tracking details. Without tracking number, product can't be tracked and can be lost in transit. Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect, your refund shall be authorized.

While we shall try to accommodate all your return requests, we may not be able to accept return request under this 10 Day Return Guarantee:

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

  1. Any product that has been washed
  2. Any product not in its original condition
  3. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
  4. Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
  5. If customer denies to accept the shipment, after the order has been shipped or is about to be delivered, then Sasitrends is not responsible for any kind of refund or replacement.

  • In case of the product not meeting your requirements or expectations but does not involve any error on our part, you may choose to raise a return / replacement request within 2 days of the order which is NOT Used or Damaged in any way.
  • Upon receipt of the order back to us, we will issue the refund / replacement of the same after DEDUCTING SHIPPING FEES + Re-Stocking FEE @ 25% of Order Value.

 Order Cancellations:

Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?

Order cancellations are only accepted within a 2-hour window from the time of placing the order. To initiate a cancellation, customers must contact us through WhatsApp at +91 6382 614 955 within this specified timeframe. This is crucial because, within the initial 2 hours, we actively prepare for dispatch, allocate the courier partner, and initiate the shipping process. It's imperative to inform us within this period; otherwise, we may be unable to cancel the order. No cancellation requests will be processed after the 2-hour period. Once a cancellation is requested, it will take a maximum of 4 business days to process and initiate a refund, following our refund policy. Customers will receive notification once the cancellation and refund process is completed.

Why a "24 Hour" deadline?

As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, packaging, customizing and logistics start, and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases.

Cancellation before product has shipped?

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Cancellation after product has shipped?

If your product has shipped we may not be able to accept your cancellation request, please contact Customer Service and they shall be able to work out a solution for you.
