Upon placing an order, it will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours for all orders. Typically, orders are delivered within 1 to 5 working days. For remote or outer areas, delivery may take additional time, depending on the coverage of our courier partners. We ship all orders using professional courier services like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Please note that during the festive season and extended government holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Handling Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product or if the packaging appears compromised, please contact our customer care via WhatsApp at +91 6382 614 955 or email us at support@sasitrends.com. Be sure to include your Order ID and a 360-degree video showing the condition of the package while opening it. Sasitrends takes responsibility for any damage sustained by the order during transit to your location. Please note that we dispatch items on all weekdays, excluding public holidays and weekends.

We use only trusted courier agencies to ensure prompt and pristine deliveries. Should you receive a damaged product, we’ll promptly issue a replacement at no extra cost. When returning the product, please ensure that the original product tag and packaging remain intact.

Transparent Pricing

Our prices include all applicable taxes and charges. The listed price on our website is the final price, inclusive of Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST), State Goods and Services Tax (SGST), Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST), and Union Territory Goods and Services Tax (UTGST), based on your location.

International Deliveries

Sasitrends, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, is pleased to offer worldwide shipping through trusted carriers such as DHL and FedEx.

Standard rates.
For orders under 1 kg that fit into our small boxes, a flat-rate shipping fee is applied automatically during checkout on our website, after you place your order. This fee covers the courier charge for small parcels, and no additional shipping costs are added at that stage.

When packages exceed 1 kg or require a larger box, shipping costs are determined by the carrier based on the greater of the parcel’s actual weight and its dimensional (volumetric) weight. This means that heavier pieces (e.g., oxidised designs) or longer items (such as harams) may cost more to ship because they take up additional space.

Extra‑weight charges.
For heavier shipments, carriers typically charge around ₹500–₹1,000 per extra kilogram. A 6 kg parcel, for example, might cost roughly ₹6,000 to ship. Larger parcels usually benefit from lower per‑kilogram rates, but total cost depends on both weight and size.

Consolidation of orders.
To save on shipping, you can consolidate multiple purchases into a single parcel. If you’re ordering items from other manufacturers—like sarees—ask them to send those items to our Chennai address. We’ll combine them with your jewellery and forward everything in one shipment, which often reduces the overall cost.

Careful packaging & transparency.
We pride ourselves on secure, space‑efficient packing. Our team ensures that your items are protected and take up as little space as possible. We do not add any margin to courier fees; we simply pass on the carrier’s exact charge. Once your parcel has been packed and weighed at the courier office, we will let you know the final shipping charge (if any additional fees apply), share the courier’s receipt, and send a secure link for payment.
