We offer two pre-purchase support options to help you make an informed decision:

  • Request a Product Video:
    Take a screenshot of the product you’re interested in and WhatsApp it to +91 6382 614 955. We’ll send you a detailed product video showcasing the item.

  • Schedule a Live Video Call:
    Prefer a real-time look? Request a live video call to view the product from all angles and ask questions before placing your order.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are damaged, and only if the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

1️⃣ Initiate Within 24 Hours:
Email us at support@sasitrends.com and WhatsApp us at +91 6382 614 955 with your issue details and order ID.

2️⃣ Case Review:
Our support team will create a ticket, review your request, and respond with the return address and further instructions.

3️⃣ Send Back the Item:
Once approved, please send the product back to our return address using a reliable courier service.

4️⃣ Packaging Requirements:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with bubble wrap to prevent any transit damage.

5️⃣ Inspection & Resolution:
After we receive and inspect the item (must be unused, unaltered, and include all original tags/accessories), we will verify the claim and process the replacement or exchange shipment accordingly.

🔄 Bangle Size Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky—especially with bangles. That’s why we offer a one-time size exchange for bangles of the same design and color only, based on availability.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags intact.

  • Exchange is applicable only for size, not for color or design variations.

  • Availability of the required size will be confirmed before proceeding.

🔧 Exchange Process:

  1. WhatsApp Us at +91 6382 614 955 with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Your current size

    • The desired size

  2. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

  3. You must courier the product back to us in secure packaging (original box + bubble wrap) to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Upon Receiving the Product:

    • We will inspect the item for tag integrity and any signs of use.

    • If approved, you will receive payment instructions for the ₹120 exchange processing fee (includes inspection, stocking, repacking, and reshipping).

    • Only after the ₹120 fee is received, your replacement item will be dispatched.

    • For international orders, the courier charge varies and will be confirmed once the package is ready for dispatch.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Size exchanges are offered as a special courtesy to assist customers who are unable to wear their bangles due to sizing issues.

  • We kindly request that this facility not be misused, as we have encountered cases where size exchanges were requested after products had been worn or used.

  • Any bangle with tags removed, signs of wear, or without original packaging will be deemed ineligible for exchange.

We appreciate your honesty and cooperation in helping us maintain fair exchange practices.

⚠️ Note: If tags are removed, the product is considered used and no replacement will be issued.

❌ What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Products with physical damage or missing packaging/accessories

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or modified

  • Items without the original tags or serial number

  • Products refused at delivery after dispatch

  • Lack of unboxing video proof, if requested

👉 Always record a 360-degree unboxing video upon delivery to ensure eligibility in case of issues.

🛑 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Within 30 Minutes of Order Placement:

    • Full refund, minus a 2% transaction fee

    • Refunds processed within 6 business days

  • After 30 Minutes or Shipment:

    • Cancellations will not be accepted once the order is shipped.
